This rejuvenation process offers an alternative to purchasing new catalyst modules after engine maintenance or when a 5111 code is triggered. As a result of this project, we are proud to announce that, to date, our catalyst refining company has successfully rejuvenated over 100 modules.
Comprehensive Process
Our process uses proprietary acidic and caustic solutions, applied at specific temperatures, to effectively remove all fly ash and particulates that accumulate on catalyst sites within the module. Each catalyst module undergoes a comprehensive seven-step procedure to ensure optimal rejuvenation. Before shipping, the catalyst modules are thoroughly dried and sealed at both ends.
Additionally, we offer catalytic oxidizer catalyst washing to improve efficiency and ensure compliance. This process is available through an OEM-approved 5-step process designed to remove organic and inorganic materials masking catalyst activity sites.
